1. The service
PayroScope is a cash-flow planning tool. It is not a bank, accountant, lender or financial adviser. Forecasts depend on the information and exchange-rate references available to the service and should not be treated as a guarantee of future funds.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for information entered through your account and for choosing appropriate access when inviting another person.
3. Free and Pro plans
Current plan limits are shown on the pricing page. PayroScope Pro currently costs £4.99 per month unless checkout clearly states another promotional price. Stripe presents the exact recurring price, billing interval and tax information before you pay.
4. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
A Pro subscription renews for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through the Stripe billing portal in PayroScope. Cancellation stops future renewal and Pro access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Any statutory cancellation, cooling-off or refund rights you have are not affected by these terms; contact support if you believe one applies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, upload unlawful material or use PayroScope to harm another person. Automated access is allowed only through documented interfaces and authorised tokens.
6. Your data
You retain rights in information you enter. You permit us to process it only to operate, secure and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice. You can download a project archive from the data page.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a dependable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may make proportionate changes for security, legal or product reasons and will explain material changes where reasonably possible.
8. Responsibility
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, PayroScope is a planning aid and you remain responsible for financial decisions, checking payment dates and maintaining suitable backups of information important to you.
9. Ending the agreement
You may archive and close your account from your profile after cancelling an active subscription. Projects you own are archived and invited members lose access; recovery or permanent erasure is support-led. We may suspend access for serious breach, fraud or security risk, with notice where appropriate.
